Chief Administrative Officer

Em has been working with Mountain Sky and our sister company, Schilling’s Garden Market, since 2020. She began in the nursery and eventually moved into managing accounting and payroll, HR, and policy development between both companies. Em loves camping, hiking, and off-roading. Much of her time is spent working on her acreage in Terrebonne, gardening, canning, and other homesteading ventures.

Administrative Assistant

With a background in product development and sales, Addy has extensive experience in customer service and collaboration with other companies. Since joining Mountain Sky as the administrative assistant in the summer of 2022, Addy has been dedicated to ensuring the office and each department's workflow operates as smoothly as possible. Ethical work practices are also important to Addy, who strives to ensure that both the team and customers feel that their best interests are being taken into consideration. She enjoys the work/life balance of a 4-day work week at Mountain Sky. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family.

Angela enjoys enhancing properties and living beauty. She has been in the landscape industry for 25+ years, working in landscape maintenance, construction, and design. Angela is also a Certified Backflow Tester and Master Gardner. Outside of work she spends most of her time with her children enjoying the activities Central Oregon has to offer.

Maintenance Supervisor

Humberto likes helping people and teaching them new skills. He has been working in construction and maintenance landscaping for 6+ years. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Service & Warranty Supervisor

Ashleigh oversees irrigation and lighting service as well as warranty. She is a problem solver and loves helping our clients. Ashleigh is Backflow Tester Certified and has been in the landscaping business for 9 years. If she isn't working, you can usually find her out fishing.

Seamus loves tailoring a beautiful landscape to a specific home and building relationships in the community with every successful project! His areas of expertise include project management, design and customer service!

Fencing Division Manager

As the Fencing Division Manager, Richard Pool brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. Certified in Class A, welding, erosion control, and flagging, Richard’s skills ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards. His dedication to delivering durable and reliable fencing solutions has made him an integral part of our company's success. Outside of work, Richard enjoys the rodeo, leatherwork, camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandkids.

Noe enjoys working outdoors and is committed to all phases of landscaping. As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, he likes the chance to work outside and interact with different people, Noe is passionate about soccer, whether he’s playing or watching, and he loves spending time with his family and enjoying nature.
